Deaf UFC Fighter Speaks to Students

"COVINGTON TOWNSHIP — Ultimate fighter Matt Hamill is in northeastern Pennsylvania this week.

 "Monday night, the popular UFC fighter, who is deaf, made a stop at a restaurant in Lackawanna County.

"Hamill, known as “The Hammer,” signed autographs and shook hands with folks at Medicino’s near Moscow.

"Hamill has been deaf since birth."
