When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training at 17 years old just to learn to fight because I love competition and I fell in love with the sport and never stopped since then.

Training: In the morning I run and do strength and conditioning, and in the evening it’s MMA technical training and wrestling

What ranks and titles have you held? Two-time lightweight Atomic champion in Belgium

Do you have any heroes? Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, Israel Adesanya

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means the world to me. I’ve been training my whole life for this and now I finally have the chance to be in the UFC. It’s life changing for me.

What was your job before you started fighting? I worked at Domino’s Pizza and gave lessons to the kids at my gym. I gave private lessons also.

Favorite Striking technique: Body shots, combinations finishing with a knockout counter.
